holidaze

This past week has made me feel a little holidazed. It has been work parties, get togethers and drinks after work. But tonight I will go to yoga and then go home and cook. It will be normal and cozy. I just wish I didn't have so many phone calls to catch up on.

Even though I didn't win a camera at the holiday work raffle (instead I got a crank radio - yeah don't ask) I might still get one for Christmas and then this blogging thing will be much more interesting. Instead of telling you that I finished a pair of Christmas socks, and my new fingerless gloves, and a hat; I would be able to show them to you. Wouldn't that be worlds better. I also started this sweater, that I am now in love with. I didn't want to come to work today so I could stay in bed and snuggle with it.

Oh yes and one more book #40 - Between, Georgia by Josilyn Jackson. I don't think I'll be able to read the 50 books that I thought I could this year. I chose to blame the month of August for this.

woot!

100th post! Raise the roof!

And 2 more books:

A Girl Named Zippy: Growning Up Small in Mooreland Indiana by Haven Kimmel
The Tender Bar: A Memoir by J.R. Moehringer

After the holidays I may have a camera and that will mean pictures of knitting. Perhaps even the christmas socks and my finished arisaig and the new clapotis.
